Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles

Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEVs) use hydrogen fuel cells to generate electricity, powering the electric motor. Unlike battery electric vehicles (BEVs) which store electricity in a battery, FCEVs produce electricity on board using a fuel cell. This electricity then powers an electric motor, allowing the vehicle to drive. The hydrogen is stored in a special fuel tank.
