On Friday we got to witness the caterwauling of the Left by thousands of people who had never heard of Chevron Deference until a few hours before.

But overall, my view is that the end of Chevron is good news for those resisting the growth of the government.

The end of Chevron deference is the return to a system of government more aligned with our Constitutional Republic (despite the fact that CNN apparently doesn’t know what that means).

Supreme Court should end “Chevron deference” to restore checks, balances and reality 

DOE wasn’t then and still isn’t now playing by the rules  to expand their regulatory domain over appliance efficiency  (and/or they change the rules as they deem fit on the go)...

The spanking DOE took on the random base case modeling assignment approach provides an opportunity to argue for DOE to revise its entire consumer cost analysis approach.
